Refund & Returns Policy – HM Care BD

Here at HM Care BD, we take pride in giving our customers the best of products and services. Of course, we understand that you may need to return an item from time to time and if so please follow the outlined steps above. It is important for us as a company that our customer service not only extends past purchasing your goods but with ensures any aftercare issues are dealt with fairly & efficiently (where possible). We have a clear and concise Refunds & Returns Policy based on the consumer rights to refund or exchange products outlined in our Terms of Sale.

 

Returns and Refunds General Return Policy

Return PolicyonHM Care BD we have 7 days return policy. Return to the store: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, return the product in this period for a full refund or exchange — provided all conditions listed below.

Conditions for Returns

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange To be eligible for a return

1. Condition: The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Products returned not qualifying for a full refund can be subject to signs of use, damage, or alteration.

2. IT MUST BE WITH ALL ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES (manuals, trays, etc) IF INCLUDED IN THE BOX. The packaging must be undamaged. 5

3. Proof of Purchase: A copy of the valid receipt, order confirmation, or invoice. It helps us validate the purchase or from where this product has been bought – HM Care BD.

4. Non-Refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable for reasons of hygiene, safety, or other regulations. That is certain items like the;

Personal care products that have been opened or used (including thermometers and nebulizers)

Open packaging, items with broken seals

Products without serial numbers or with missing accessories

5. Return Condition: Clients who send back their products must also securely pack the product to ensure its safety during delivery We advise using authentic packaging or protective materials alike in helping to make sure, that any merchandise are returned adequately.

 

Return Process

To return an item, follow these steps:

1. GET IN TOUCH: Call our customer service at [contact details]Irrespective of your product you will get 7 days from the day it was delivered to your doorstep. Reference your order number and product(s) you wish to return, and why.

2. Confirmation: When we have received your return request then our customer service team will determine and provide you with the address how to return the product. Upon approval of the return You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RAN.

3. Delivery: Send the product to our customer service team’s address. Put the return authorization number on the outside of your package. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item and, unless if due to defects or an error on our part.

4. Check: The moment the returned product enters our warehouse, the same will be inspected to meet the returns criteria mentioned below. ESTABLISHMENT of Quote- Up to 7 business days

5. Refund/exchange: We accept refunds or exchanges if the inspected item passes. All refunds will be made back to the original payment form used for purchase. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your course account. You will be shipped the replacement product at no additional charge if you select an exchange.

 

Find Faulty or Damaged Products

You must write to us upon receipt if you have received a product that is defective/damaged. It costs us a lot to transport it, so we will either buy you a new one or fully refund(price + shipping) them. Fill out the following to help with this process.

If have you not received the item yet, we will send a new replacement out to you immediately after it has been reported as damaged or defective. If an item is returned to us we cover shipping back.

 

Refunds

All returns that are eligible for a refund will be refunded at the price paid. The refund will be for the original purchase price of the product, less any shipping fees or restocking charges.

Refund Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment you used for your purchase. Refund: For instance, if you paid with a credit card the money is sent back to your credit card account.

REFUND (if applicable)- Processing time: when your return is inspected and approved, refunds will take place within 5-10 business days. Please be aware different banks/payment providers have varying times for the refund to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds /- For orders not of full value – Partial refund. Partial refunds will be issued if the returned goods is not in original condition, and the label is removed.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another as in fashion Size / color Another type of charge according to SK ‘); — Exchange (process described above). If your return is approved, and you wish to receive a replacement device for an item, we will dispatch the replaced product after receiving it. You will have to pay the difference in price if the replacement product is more expensive. If the replacement product is of lesser value a refund will be issued for such difference.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours from the time they are entered as long as we have not started processing or shipped your order. Sale and Clearance Items – Final sale

Please note, any products that fall under “Final Sale” or items marked with “Clearance” are ineligible for return and exchange unless defective. Make sure to read the product details before purchasing as these are FINAL SALE Items!
